All orders are sent by our chosen couriers including Royal mail. Orders are sent on a next working day service unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are £4.99 excluding VAT for orders under £49.99 ex VAT. Orders over £50.00 ex VAT are free to the UK mainland.
Shipping prices are based on shipping within the mainland UK and exclude Northern Ireland the Highlands of Scotland and all the islands.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate, regardless of size and weight. The courier used to despatch your order will vary depending on your parcel weight. Not all deliveries can be tracked through the courier.
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take 4 to 9 business days. On occasion, some shipments may take longer than 9 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your country.
A signature may be required upon delivery, depending on your local courier. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of pick-up arrangements.
Next working day delivery
Our orders are sent on a next working day delivery service. This is an all-day service which runs from 6am-9pm Monday-Friday. On the day of your delivery, you will be emailed or text your tracking information. If this does not occur for any reason, please contact us and we can get this information for you.
The couriers will attempt delivery once, if this fails, they will send it to a local pick-up shop for collection (This can be made on the same day) The couriers maintain the right to leave your parcel with an immediate neighbour, unless specifically instructed not to within your delivery instructions. This is due to our parcels being sent on a signed for service. You will have the option to collect your parcel from a pick-up shop, leave in a safe place or allocate a neighbour for delivery- should you not be available after the first delivery attempt.
